Highlands Festival is making its return this summer on
Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 12 to 7pm.
Stretching along Baxter Ave. between Broadway and Highlands, the free, family-friendly festival will turn the Highlands into a vibrant destination featuring live entertainment, local food & shopping, car show, & activities for all ages.
Coinciding with National Dog Day, the festival has partnered with PG&J's Dog Bar and the Kentucky Humane Society to host dog-friendly activities throughout the day while supporting the Kentucky Humane Society!
